TikTok Unblocked

Pakistan on October 19 decided to lift a ban on the Chinese video-sharing app TikTok. The decision came following the assurance by the company that any account spreading "obscenity and immorality" would be blocked. Reportedly, the video-sharing app will now carry out moderation of the users' accounts as per the local laws. Earlier, the app was banned on October 9 on the grounds of promoting "obscenity and immorality".
