Union Minister Amit Shah On 4-Day Visit To Manipur
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will on Monday arrive in Manipur on a four-day visit during which he will hold several rounds of security meetings to assess the situation and plan steps to restore normalcy, sources said. This is Shah's first visit to the northeastern state since the ethnic clashes broke out on May 3. The home minister will be in the state from May 29 to June 1.

Telangana CM To Visit Rain Hit Areas In Telugu State
Telangana districts witnessed heavy rainfall in the past few days, resulting in crop damage of farmers. In this regard, the Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao is scheduled to visit the rain-affected regions and take a view of the situation. After the visit in districts like Mahabubabad, Karimnagar, Khammam and Warangal, CM KCR is likely to meet the farmers, who suffered a huge loss amid crop damage in the regions.

Rajasthan CM Cancels His Udaipur, Ahmedabad Tour, Confirms CMO
Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has cancelled his Udaipur, Abu Road and Ahmedabad tour scheduled on August 3 and 4, amid his ill health. On August 2, the Rajasthan Chief Minister's Office (CMO) issued an official statement, after the doctors monitoring Gehlot's health advised him rest for next few days. Notably, Gehlot is suffering from viral infection, since the past few days.

NZC Announces Limited Series Against India, Scheduled In November
Indian Cricket Team will play a limited over series against New Zealand, at home immediately after the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia. On June 28, New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced the tour, including a T20 International, scheduled at the Sky Stadium in Wellington on November 18. In addition, a three-match T20I series, followed by a three-match One-day International (ODI) series at Eden Park, Auckland till November 30.

BJP President Nadda To Visit Kerala, Telangana For Two-Days
BJP president JP Nadda is scheduled to tour Telangana and Kerala, in coming days, on May 5-6. During the two-days visit, the BJP President will address public rallies, meet BJP cadres in the southern states and will participate in many events. According to PTI, in Hyderabad, Nadda will chair a BJP meeting and address rallies, whereas in Kerala he will be attending a rally in Kozhikode beach.

9 People Found From Missing Japan Tour Boat, Says Coast Guard
Nine people from the Japanese tour boat, which recently went missing with 26 people on board, have finally been found. The people were rescued near the tip of Cape Shiretoko. While four were found in an unconscious state, the details about the rest are still awaited. Reportedly, there were as many as 24 passengers and two crew members on board when the boat went missing. Rescue operations are still underway.

Nepal PM To Begin 3-Day Tour Of India From April 1
Sher Bahadur Deuba, the PM of Nepal is set to begin his India tour, from April 1. The three-day tour have been organised on the invitation of PM Narendra Modi. On March 28, MEA said, "PM of Nepal, accompanied by his spouse Arzu Deuba, will pay an official visit to India from 01-03 April 2022". During his official visit, Nepal PM will meet PM Modi, Vice President.

President Kovind To Visit Uttarakhand On March 26 & 27
President Ram Nath Kovind is scheduled to visit Uttarakhand on March 26 and 27. The announcement of President Kovind was confirmed by the Rashtrapati Bhavan, on March 25. As per the PTI, the issued statement read, on March 27, "the president will grace and address the concluding ceremony of the silver jubilee celebrations of Divya Prem Seva Mission in Haridwar".
