The Union Tourism Ministry launched a campaign, with an aim to promote India as a destination wedding location, offering exclusive benefits to couples. Goa CM Announces Unique Vehicle Sticker For Tourists
In order to prevent harassment cases against tourists in Goa, the State Tourism authority decided to issue a unique car stickers. Goa CM Pramod Sawant said, tourists entering the state will be given unique stickers to fix on their vehicles, so they are not harassed (by police) while moving across the coastal state. Sawant said, "Such vehicles will not be stopped (by police) for checking documents anywhere in the state."
