Delhi Govt Grants Electric Vehicle Subsidies Worth Rs 100 Crore: Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot

Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot stated providing discounts to buyers of electric vehicles beyond a certain point is not "very healthy," on August 22. He also stated that the government has set an aim of one charging point every three kilometers. Under its Electric Vehicle Policy, which was established in 2020, Delhi government has already granted incentives of about Rs 100 crore on electric vehicles, the most of any state.
