Telangana Govt Issues Order, Forms 13 New Revenue Mandals
The Telangana Government led by the TRS issued an order to form 13 new revenue Mandals in the Telugu State of Telangana. State CS Somesh Kumar issued an order in this regard, as per direction of CM K Chandrashekar Rao. As per issued orders, the new revenue mandals are in; Yendapally, Bhimaram, Nizampet, Gattuppal, Seerole and Inugurthy. Akbarpet-Bhumpally, Kukunurpally, Dongli, Kowkuntla, Aloor, Donkeshwar and Salura are others.

KCR To Inaugurate Integrated Command, Control Center On August 4

'Will Change Hyderabad's Name To Bhagyanagar If BJP Comes To Power,' Says Raghubar Das
Former CM of Jharkhand and BJP leader Raghubar Das said that if BJP comes to power in the state of Telangana, Hyderabad's name will be changed to Bhagyanagar. He then alleged that the TRS government in Telangana, only believes in "dynasty politics" and doens't care about the welfare of the people. Telangana Government Issues GO 69, Lifts Restrictions On Heavy Construction

Telangana Govt Approves 6 Private Universities In Hyderabad

Telangana Govt Extends Free Drinking Water Supply Scheme To SCB
The TRS Government extended the free drinking water supply scheme to Secunderabad. The residence of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) will get 20,000 liter water supply every month. For this extension, the K Chandrashekar Rao Government would spend Rs 16.08 cr and more annually, said TRS Minister T Srinivas Yadav. Furthermore, the scheme will include households, multi-storeyed buildings and complexes, after Aadhar verification.

Hyderabad Advocate Files Petition To Stop 'Numaish' Amid Omicron Threat
In view of COVID-19's new variant Omicron, a Hyderabad based lawyer Khaja Aijazuddin filed a petition, urging to stop All India Industrial Exhibition (Numaish), an annual fair of Hyderabad. He urged the TRS Government and concerned officials to not approve the exhibition, which will have gathering of more than thousand people. Notably, if denied by the Government, this will be second consecutive year of Numaish's cancellation.
