TVS Motor Records Increased Sales In August 2022; Up By 15%
The TVS Motor company has recorded 15% increase in sales in the month of August 2022 compared to the sales in August 2021. TVS sold 2,90,694 units in August 2021, and 333,787 units in August 2022. The company is expected to have a brighter year ahead, in view of the upcoming festivals in India later this year. Meanwhile, TVS’ domestic two-wheeler market reported 33% increase in sales.

Mahindra To Sell Its Entire 2.76% Stake In TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) will dispose its entire 2.76 % equity in TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited (TASL). M&M said the amount for the sale/disposal would be Rs 45 crore. M&M presently owns 3,32,195 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 100 compulsorily convertible preference stocks of Rs 10 each in TASL. Transaction is anticipated to conclude on June 22. M&M's stake in TASL will be nil following the transaction.

TVS Motors Unveils Its Latest Ntorq 125 Race XP
TVS Motor Company has launched the latest version of the new Ntorq 125 Race XP in India. Priced at Rs. 83,275, the special edition model can reach up to 98kph and has great acceleration in Race mode. While in Street mode, the speed is ideally slower. The scooter features three-tone color along with red-colored alloy wheels. Besides, it offers TVS mobile connect the application with voice assistance.
