BJP Demands Suspension Of Manish Sisodia's Twitter Handle
BJP leaders urged Twitter CEO Elon Musk to suspend the Twitter handle of Manish Sisodia, the former Deputy CM of Delhi. On March 9, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, a BJP leader said, "This person is criminal and in Jail right now. Someone else is using this account on his behalf. Pls block the account." The tweet came as a response to a tweet of Sisodia, attacking the BJP.

Indian Cricketer Krunal Pandya's Twitter Account Hacked, Put On Sale
The twitter account of Indian cricket player Krunal Pandya has been hacked on January 27, with the hacker putting up the account on sale in exchange of Bitcoins. Moreover, several tweets have also been made from the account, after it was hacked. Pertinently, Krunal wasn't picked for the homes series against West Indies, after BCCI announced the squad a day back.

Twitter Should Again Block Rahul Gandhi's Handle For Lying: BJP
Following Twitter's decision to unlock Rahul Gandhi's handle, BJP leaders on August 17 demanded that his handle should again be locked for lying about revealing the identity of the Delhi rape victim's family. However, Congress declined the allegation saying, ''We haven't given anything in writing'' to Twitter. Moreover, it said that the victim's mother told she did not have any objections to what Gandhi did.

Twitter Unlocks Congress Leaders' Accounts Including Rahul Gandhi's
The locked Twitter account of the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and some others congress leaders was restored on August 13 by the platform after a week. The handle of several congress leaders was suspended following the revelation of the identity of a rape victim's parents in Delhi. Earlier, Gandhi also criticised Twitter on a YouTube video titled ''Twitter's dangerous game'' and saying it to be ''beholden to the government.''

Govt Asks Twitter To Block 1,178 Handles Operated By Pak, Khalistan Users
The Centre has requested the Twitter to block/remove 1,178 twitter accounts alleged for spreading misinformation about farmer's protests. The government noted that these accounts are operated by either Pakistani or Khalistani users, promoting provocative content on the microblogging platform.
