She Was Bleeding, Couldn't Speak, Says Ujjain Priest Who Saved 12-Year-Old Rape Victim

Rahul Sharma, the priest in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain, who came to the rescue of a 12-year-old rape survivor, has described the horrifying state she was in when he found her. Rahul Sharma who works with an ashram in Badnagar road said, "I gave her my clothes. She was bleeding. She could not speak. Her eyes were swollen. I called 100. Police reached the ashram in about 20 minutes."

Disturbing Visuals Of 12-Year-Old Rape Victim Walking Semi Naked Raises Concern

A disturbing video of a 12-year-old minor girl walking on streets semi-naked, seeking help is going viral. The video is from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, where a minor was allegedly raped and was walking home, seeking help from citizens, who refused to help. According to sources, the victim walked in such a condition for over 2.5 hours covering 8kms, when Dandi Ashram's priest helped her. A case is registered for investigation.

In Ujjain, 13 Cows Died After Truck Carrying Them Catches Fire

In Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain, 13 cows were charred to death after a truck carrying them caught fire. On May 22, the Ujjain Police said that the incident happened on May 21, near Ghinoda village, when the truck carrying animals, caught fire and was without a driver. 'Angry' Farmer Burns 1 Quintal Of Garlic: Madhya Pradesh

Disappointed with the unfair prices, a farmer named Shankar burnt one quintal of garlic produce in Mandsaur Krishi Upaj Mandi, Ujjain, MP.  He said, after spending Rs 2.5 lakh, he was offered only Rs 1 lakh for garlic crops, which upsetted him. "We don't want any bonus from government, just the right price for our crop," said Shankar. Meanwhile, due to his act, he was handed over to the police.
