High Commissioner To UK Stopped From Entering Video, Visuals Surface On Internet
The Indian High Commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, was obstructed from entering a gurdwara in Scotland by a group of Khalistan radicals. The incident unfolded outside the Glasgow Gurdwara on Albert Drive, where Doraiswami had a planned meeting with the gurdwara committee on September 29. A video of the incident has surfaced on the internet which shows Khalistan supporters gathered near the car of the Indian diplomat.

Britain To Honour Saragarhi Martyrs By Placing Statue Of Havildar Ishar Singh
Honouring the 21 soldiers of the 'Battle of Saragarhi', nine-feet bronze statue of Havildar Ishar Singh will be installed in Britain. The Guru Nanak Gurdwara at Wednesfield, Wolverhampton has already raised Rs 48 lakh, almost half the cost-amount of the statue (Rs.97 lakh), which will be unveiled in September 2021.
