Meanwhile, US has reported nine cases from Alabama, making it an "emergency", only in Alabama. The aforesaid illness has affected only the children aged 1-6, and has caused severe liver issues to many. With six of the patients requiring a liver transplant.

Kerala HC Allows Online Marriage For Lawyer Couple Amid Omicron Situation
The Kerala HC, permitted online marriage to a lawyer couple. Ritu Thomas and Anantha Harikumaran decided to get married on December 23, but due to Omicron, Harikumaran, could not come from the UK. Ritu, after completing marriage registration procedure, moved the HC asking to approve online marriage.
