Dacoits Break Into Priest’s House In Thane With Swords, Loot Valuables Worth Rs 10.4 Lakh
In Thane’s Ulhasnagar, a group of dacoits looted a house, and stole valuables worth Rs 10.4 lakh, informed police on August 31. The victim was a priest Swami Dana Ram Sahib Durbar, a religious denomination. Reportedly, the gang entered the house by breaking open the main door at around 5 am on August 30. According to the complaint, the accused a carried swords, and also attacked the priest’s son.

Slab Of 5th Floor Of Building Collapses In Maharashtra’s Thane; 1 Labourer Dead, 1 Injured
In Maharashtra’s Thane, the slab of the fifth floor of the Komal Park building collapsed, informed investigating officer Laxmikant Patil, on August 26. The incident left one labourer dead, and another injured. Following the incident, helpers rushed and evacuated everyone from the building. 1.2 Kg Ganja Confiscated From 45-Year-Old Peddler In Maharashtra
In Maharashtra's Ulhasnagar region, a 45-year-old woman Pallavi was caught by the police for illegal custody and distribution of Ganja. Acting on a cue, the police have inspected the place, where the peddler stayed on December 1. Besides, they have confiscated approximately 1.6 Kg of ganja, valued at Rs.12,000.
