UN secretary General

As the Taliban started ruling Afghanistan, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres urged the world leaders to continue the dialogue to ensure the safety of the Afghan people, on September 9. Guterres also mentioned, ''If we want Afghanistan not to be a center of terrorism'', we must continue the talk. Over the formation of the new government by the Taliban, Guterres said the country must be governed "in peace and stability."
