Taj Mahal Reopens from Sept 21 With Strict COVID-19 Guidelines
Agra's iconic Taj Mahal has been reopened on September 21, adhering to the 'Unlock 4' guidelines. Reportedly, the site authorities have decided to allow only 5000 visitors per day. Moreover, it will be compulsory for tourists to wear masks; and clicking pictures will be strictly prohibited. Earlier, the Central government on March 17 had ordered to shut all the monuments controlled by the Archeological Survey of India.

Unlock 4.0: Tourists And Devotees Traveling To Tamil Nadu Will Require Travel Pass
As per Unlock 4.0 Guidelines, the Tamil Nadu Government has granted relaxatation on the imposed restrictions. Religious places and hotels are now allowed to re-open, but will have to follow the guidelines as per the SOP. "Passenger trains and inter-state buses will resume from September 7," Tamil Nadu CM, K Palaniswami confirmed. However, the passengers traveling to TN via train or flight will still require travel pass.
