Yaswant Sinha Thanks UPA For Nominating Him; Says, Will Stand With Farmers, Women, Youth If Elected

UPA Presidential Candidate Yaswant Sinha stated that, if elected, he will stand raise his voice for the farmers. Besides, will said he will also raise his voice for the youth, women, unemployed, and all the marginalised sections of the society. He thanked the opposition leaders for nominating him as the common candidate for the presidential election, which is scheduled to take place on July 18.

Mamata Banerjee After Meeting Sharad Pawar Says, 'There's No UPA'

Bharatiya Janata Party National Convener of the IT cell, Amit Malviya said on December 1, that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee threw Congress party under the bus and declared UPA "dead" after meeting Nationalist Congress Chief (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar. The move comes after Banerjee slammed UPA for its role. "What is UPA? There is no UPA", said Banerjee. Pawar tweeted a photo too after meeting the TMC leader.
