UPSC Inspiration Story: Pooja Kadam Clears CSE With 15% Eyesight
UPSC 2020 result was announced on September 25. Shubham Kumar got All India-1st rank. Pooja Kadam from Maharashtra Latur district secured 577th rank in UPSC Civil Services Exam. The 30-year-old secured this rank in her second attempt, with just 15% eyesight. She has graduated from Fergusson College in Pune and completed her post-graduation in Political Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi.

Delhi Gurudwara Committee Offers Free Residential UPSC Coaching For Sikh Students
Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has established an academy to offer free residential UPSC coaching to Sikh students. The Guru Tegh Bahadur Academy has been set up under the chairmanship of World Punjabi Organization President Vikram Sahni. While the 5-member committee of retired Sikh officers has started the admission and counselling process, students who have cleared prelims are directly eligible for coaching.

USPC Announces Prelims Results 2020
The Union Public Service Commission declared the results of UPSC Prelims Exam on October 23. All selected candidates will further have to apply for Civil Services (Main) Examination between October 28 to November 11, 2020. The main exam is scheduled to be held on January 8, 2021. The candidates can check the results on the commission's website, the Prelims exam was held earlier on October 4.

UPSC Releases Marksheets to View Individual Marks
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on October 17 released the marksheets of Civil Services Exam 2019. By entering the login ID and password, the candidates can view the individual marks for the subjects. Reportedly, 829 candidates have qualified this year for various diplomatic positions in the country. Earlier on August 5, the UPSC had released the results for Civil Services exam 2019.
