China has refused to send aircraft supplies to Russia, following warnings from the US. On March 14, in a long meeting with Chinese Official Yang Jiechi, America said, there would be "significant consequences" for Russian supporters. Russia's air transport agency Rosaviatsiya said, they may take help from their partners India or Turkey. Days after the Unites States and Russia conducted its nuclear weapon's test, China seems to be in the heated race to test its own power of nuclear warheads. It was seen that a rocket carrying a hypersonic glide vehicle was launched, which flew through space, circling around the globe. It later cruised down towards its target, and missed by about two dozen miles. 

Megha Rajagopalan, a journalist of Indian origin along with two of her contributors won the 2021 Pulitzer Prize in International Reporting, on June 11. She won the award for her investigative reports that exposed the prisons and internment camps built by China to detain thousands of Muslims in the Xinjiang region. ''I'm in complete shock, I did not expect this," said Ms Rajagopalan. 

Days after subduing response from India over US warship trespass in India's Exclusive Economic Zone on April 7, the Chinese media urged India to re-evaluate relations with the US. While Pentagon deemed the US's actions to be valid under freedom of navigation, India expressed distaste and reported the matter through diplomatic channels. However, the US has not yet approved the United Nations Law of the Sea.

According to the study by the WHO and China, the origin of COVID-19 is unlikely to be a lab leak. The study emphasis on the transmission of COVID-19 to human from the bat is likely through an animal. Reportedly, the virus was allegedly originated from a seafood market in Wuhan, China. The report was delayed due to the Chinese government restricting the study on the origin of the virus.
