Rupee Dips By 30 Paise In Closing Trend, Currently At 79.47

In the closing trend, the rupee fell by 30 paise, at 79.47 against US Dollar, on September 14. As per the share market, the dollar index was trading at 0.35 per cent lower at 109.43. Brent crude futures, the global oil benchmark, advanced by 0.62 per cent to USD 93.75 per barrel. Furthermore, at market Sensex, BSE was 0.37% lower at 60,346.97, while NSE Nifty declined 0.37 % to 18,003.75

Rupee Appreciates By 36 Paise At 79.17

In the closing market trend, the rupee appreciated by 36 paise to Rs 79.17 against US Dollar, on September 13.he dollar index, which measures the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, fell 0.40 per cent to 107.89. Rupee Rises By 23 Paise Against US Dollar, At 79.72

In the closing market trend, Rupee rose by 23 paise at 79.72 against the US Dollar, on September 8. It witnessed an intra-day high of 79.65 and a low of 79.83 during the session. Furthermore, dollar index, which measures the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, fell 0.11% to 109.72.  In addition, the global oil benchmark, fell 0.60% to USD 87.47 per barrel.

Rupee Declines By 4 Paise, At 79.56 Against US Dollar

In early trades, rupee fell by 4 paise, to  79.56 against the US Dollar, on September 1. At the interbank foreign exchange market, the domestic currency opened at 79.55 per dollar, following to 79.56 per dollar. Moreover, BSE Sensex ended 770.48 points or 1.29 per cent lower at 58,766.59, while the broader NSE Nifty declined 216.50 points or 1.22 per cent to 17,542.80.

Rupee Gains By 6 Paise, Stands At 79.86 Against US Dollars

After declining for days, on August 26, the rupee gained 6 paise to 79.86 against US Dollar. As per the early market trend, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, advanced 0.05% to 108.51. Furthermore, BSE Sensex was trading 471.65 points or 0.80 per cent up at 59,246.37. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty rose 139.50 points or 0.80 per cent to 17,661.95.

Rupee Falls By 4 Paise To Rs 79.87 Against US Dollar

In trade market, rupee once again fell by 4 paise to Rs 79.87 against US Dollar, on August 24.  With the constant fall of INR, the dollar is strengthening in overseas markets and rose 0.11 per cent to 108.74. Furthermore, the 30-share Sensex was trading 141.45 points or 0.24% lower at 58,889.85, while the broader NSE Nifty was down 50.15 points or 0.29% to 17,527.35.

Rupee Declines By 12 Paise, At 79.76 Against US Dollar

In early trade, rupee declined by 12 paise to Rs 79.76 against US Dollar, on August 19. At the interbank foreign exchange, the rupee opened at 79.75 against the US dollar, then fell to 79.76. Furthermore, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength and rose 0.13 per cent to 107.62. Moreover, Sensex was trading 17.07 points higher at 60,315.07, while NSE Nifty was up 15.35 points at 17,971.85.

Moreover, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength against six currencies, rose 0.06% to 106.64, whereas, the global oil benchmark Brent crude advanced 0.14% to USD 93.78 per barrel. Meanwhile, the 30-share Sensex was trading 229.29 points at 60,030.84, the broader NSE-Nifty was down 61.15 points to 17,883.10.

After gaining for two days, on August 4, the rupee fell by 36 paise, against US Dollar, in early trade. Currently rupee with fall opened at Rs 79.21, weighing tension on investors. Furthermore, the dollar index also fell at 0.08 per cent to 106.41. Moreover, on the equity market front, Sensex was trading 286.7 points at 58,637.23, while the NSE Nifty was up 80.50 points or 0.46% to 17,468.65.
