After waiting for nearly two years, Eric Garcetti was finally sworn in as the US ambassador to India. The United States Vice President Kamala Harris administered the oath to Eric, on March 24. The US VP shared a tweet, confirming the appointment of Eric. The post read, "Ambassador Garcetti is a committed public servant and will play a critical role in strengthening our partnership with the people of India."
