Chinese authorities have removed the domes and minarets of Nanguan Mosque in Ninxia province and whitewashed the building. China Imposing ‘Cultural Genocide’ By Removing Identity Of Uyghurs, American Magazine Claims

The minorities of Uyghur community were tortured by the Chinese Government to get converted to Hans Chinese communities, ‘The Atlantic’ magazine has claimed. Reportedly 1 million Uyghurs are sent to detention camps where they are brainwashed and physically tortured. The sentiments of the religious outfit are also tormented by destroying their holy sites. The Uyghur language is also banned in Xinjiang schools.

China Builds Public Washroom at a Demolished Mosque Site

In a move to break the community of Uyghur Muslims, China's Xinjiang province has built a public washroom at a demolished Mosque site. Experts suggest that it is a campaign to hurt the sentiments of the community, as previously two out of three Mosques were destroyed in the same area. "It is a public toilet, they have not opened it yet, but it has been built," said Uyghur Neighborhood Committee Chief.
