India To Launch Vande Sadharan Train, Images Leaked Online
After Vande Bharat, the Indian Railways Ministry has come up with India's first budget-friendly, alternative "Vande Sadharan" train. Indian Railways Cancel Tender for Manufacturing 44 Vande Bharat Trains
The Indian Railways has cancelled the tender to manufacture 44 semi-high speed trains, called Vande Bharat, on August 20, which was bid by a company with a Chinese partner. The Ministry stated that within a week a new tender will be released as per the Revised Public Procurement Order (giving preference to 'Make in India'). Local suppliers will get first preference in the latest "public procurement" order.
