ASI Team Conducts Survey At Gyanvapi Mosque: Uttar Pradesh

The ASI team begin the survey of the controversial Gyanvapi Mosque, after the approval of the Varanasi High Court. Notably, the survey team started their inspection at 7:00 AM, finding the truth behind the claims of Hindu Litigants, who filed a petition, saying the parts of Gyanvapi Mosque hold Hindu ancients. However, the mosque committee opposed the survey and said will file a petition in the Supreme Court.

Varanasi Court Pronounced Gangster Mukhtar Ansari Guilty In Murder Case

In breaking news, Don-turned-politician and jailed mafia Mukhtar Ansari was held guilty in the Awadhesh Rai murder case. The local court of Varanasi pronounced Ansari guilty in the case after 32 years. The local court of Varanasi announced the verdict and now, the quantum of punishment will be announced soon. Varanasi Court Rejects Hindu Plea Demanding Carbon Dating Of Shivling In Gyanvapi Mosque Complex


A Varanasi court rejected the Hindu side's plea seeking carbon dating of the purported 'Shivling' claimed to be found in the Gyanvapi mosque complex. On October 14, the Varanasi court reviewed a petition filed by the Hindu side, seeking permission for carbon dating of Argha, which has been rejected by the bench. Furthermore, Judge AK Vishvesha also rejected the please demanding scientific investigation into "Shivling" founding.

Owaisi Expresses Disappointment Over Gyanvapi Masjid Verdict, Slams Court

Taking a dig at the "Gyanvapi Masjid" verdict, the AIMIM President Asauddin Owaisi said, the verdict is a violation of the Places of Worship Act 1991.  On May 12, he said expressed disappointment in the Varanasi Court's judgment which allowed the survey of the masjid. Owaisi said, he lost one Babri Masjid and can't lose another masjid, urging the concerned authority to take the matter to the Supreme Court.
