Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin called on PM Narendra Modi and discussed state-specific development issues with him, on August 17. Furthermore, Stalin called on President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar and described the meeting, a courtesy visit, as satisfactory. He also took to Twitter and shared posts about the visit and meeting with PM Narendra Modi, and discussed key issues pertaining to Tamil Nadu's development.

Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu asked schools to forge a strong moral character in children and instil the national values of oneness, harmony and universal brotherhood from a young age. On July 30, Naidu was speaking at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Hyderabad Public School. India's VP Venkaiah Naidu and his wife Usha Naidu visited Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, on April 15. The VP and his spouse were welcomed by Governor Anandiben Patel and Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on December 13, condemned the terrorist attack on a police bus in Srinagar, killing two policemen and leaving 12 injured. "My deepest condolences to bereaved families and prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured," tweeted Vice President.
