E-Scooter Batteries Explode Killing 1, Leaving 3 Injured In Vijayawada
An incident of electric vehicle batteries explosion, reported in Andhra Pradesh's Vijayawada district killed Shiva Kumar (30) and left his wife Harathi (30) and two children Bindu (10) and Sasi (6) injured, confirmed police. Fire Breaks Out at COVID Centre in Vijawada; 10 Dead, 20 Injured
A fire broke out in a hotel-turned-COVID hospital in Andhra Pradesh's Vijayawada, on August 10. The incident left 20 injured and at least 10 dead. The cause of the fire is unknown and is being investigated. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a tweet said that, "anguished by the fire at a Covid Center in Vijayawada. My thoughts are with those who have lost their loved ones".
