Air India Pilot Suspended And Fined Of Rs 30 Lakhs

During an Air India Flight Al-915 (Delhi-Dubai), the pilots invited their female friend into the cockpit.  As a result, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has fined the airline Rs. 30 lakhs for not promptly and effectively addressing this safety-sensitive issue. The pilot has also been suspended by the Civil Aviation Department. The matter came to light after one of the operating crew complaint about it to Air India.

karnataka Govt To Form Special Team For Loudspeaker Violations

In Karnataka, the BJP-led Government issued a notice, banning the use of loudspeakers between 10 pm to 6 am, amid Loudspeaker Row in India. In regard to this, Karnataka Environment & Ecology minister Anand Singh said, "Special teams will conduct surprise visits at sites where loudspeakers are installed to check violations." Meanwhile, state home minister Araga Jnanendra warned strict action against the violators in the state.

Traffic Violators To Pay Double Fine In West Bengal

To prevent rising traffic violation, the West Bengal Government increased penalty under Motor Vehicles Act. In effect immediately, the violators need to pay 10 times more than the previous fine. Notably, now for offences like over speed, drunken driving, traffic signals and others in between Rs 500 to Rs 5,000. The Mamata Banerjee led TMC Government took stern decision to curb the rising accidents in the state.

At least 150 FIRs registered under various sections for violating the Model Code of Conduct for Assembly elections in Uttarakhand since January 8, said Chief Electoral Officer (CEO). To complaint, a toll-free number 180033001950 was issuedp for people. The Model Code of Conduct came into effect, following the announcement of poll dates. Delhi HC Orders Man To Work In Animal Care Centre For Violating Bail condition

In a bizarre order, the Delhi High Court directed a man to ''render service gratuitously'' at the Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre because he violated one of his bail conditions. Reportedly, the man wasn't allowed to leave the National Capital Territories (NCT) as per the Court's order of September 28, 2020. He'll work at the Centre for three weeks, starting from December 6, 2021, between 1 to 4 PM.

Enforcement Directorate Summons Amazon, Future Group Officials

The officials of and Future Group have been summoned by India's Enforcement Directorate to appear before it in the week of December 6. The summon have been issued in alleged violation of foreign investment rules. The violation is related to a $200 million investment of Amazon in Future's gift voucher unit, Future Coupons, in 2019. Angry Birds Inventor "Rovio Entertainment" Accused Against Child Privacy
