The mother of Telangana woman, Syeda Lulu Minhaj, who is now homeless and starving in Chicago, USA, cries for help. In a statement to the media, Lulu's mother said, "I was not able to recognise my own daughter in the video. She has changed a lot, this is not how she used to interact or act with others." Notably, Lulu went to USA for her master's in 2021.
Infosys ex-CEO Narayana Murthy slammed Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, for ignoring her fans right in a flight. In a conversation at IIT-Kanpur, Mr Murthy voiced his surprise at Kapoor's lack of acknowledgement towards her fans. Though his wife, Sudha Murty, tried to defend Ms Kapoor, Mr Murthy continued with his remarks and gave details of the incident involving the actor. Whoever came to me, I stood up, said Murthy.

According to sources, Anju, a resident of India went to Pakistan to meet her lover Narsullah, whom she met over Facebook. However, unlike Seema Haider, Anju was granted a visa to Pakistan and entered the neighbouring country with legal documents. Notably, Anju's husband and family denied such claims and said, she went for sightseeing.

Dr Manav Arora, an orthopaedic surgeon, shared a tragic-turned-comedy incident on the recently launched Thread platform. On July 7, a patient gave Dr Arora a fake Rs 500 note, which his receptionist didn't notice. Arora shared the incident on Thread and said, "Anyway, I had a good laugh and I’ve saved this note with me since it’s a fun memory, even though I have been robbed off of Rs 500.”

The accused has been identified as Pravesh Shukla, a representative of Sidhi BJP MLA Kedar Nath Shukla and case is registered.
In a bizarre incident, an Uganda man Herbert Baitwababo took legal help after he was removed from a WhatsApp group. He went to court after he was removed, and listening to the complainant, the court asked the admin to add him back as well. However, he continued his legal battle as after Herbert was made part of the group again, all members left the space and created a new group.

Four Indigenous children who had been missing for more than a month in the Colombian Amazon rainforest after a small plane crash have been found alive, said President Gustavo Petro. "Today we have had a magical day," Petro said to the media. "They are weak. Let's let the doctors make their assessment," he added. The president earlier posted a photo on Twitter and confirmed the survived adults and kids.
In a disturbing video from Rajasthan, a woman is seen crying for help even as a man forcibly performs a marriage ritual while carrying her in his arms.
