The recent deepfake video of actress Rashmika Mandanna has created turmoil, demanding action and rules for AI generated pictures and videos. In addition to Amitabh Bachchan, Union Minister Rajeev Chandrashekar also expressed concern. On November 6, he asked the platforms to take down any such content that violated the IT rules of India. Reminding IT rules, Rajeev warned strict action and legal penalty for accounts sharing the same.

A professor in a Ghaziabad's ABES College told a student to leave the stage after he chanted 'Jai Shree Ram'. A video of the incident went viral on social media, triggering a debate whether such slogans should be made at educational institutions. Notably, the chanting was in response to the students in audience, following this, the entire hall erupted with the chant, which led to a discussion.

The much-awaited trailer of Thalapathy Vijay's Leo was officially unveiled by the makers on October 5. In Madhya Pradesh’s Guna, at a private school, students were seen wearing Hijab, singing Islamic songs and preaching lessons and sayings in Islamic on the ocassion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, on September 27. After the video went viral, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidya Parishad (ABVP) staged a protest outside the school in Guna and raised slogans. After the matter, the school apologized and removed the principal of the school.

A recent incident that took place in UP's Moradabad involving the hoisting of a Pakistan flag at a residence, has sparked a major controversy. The incident reportedly took place on September 29. Visuals of the Pakistani flag hoisted on the house have surfaced on the internet. The incident unfolded in the village of Budhanpur Aliganj, located within the jurisdiction of the Bhagatpur police station. A case is registered for investigation.
