Following the devastating rail tragedy that claimed over 300 lives, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Odisha today, according to government sources. He will proceed to the accident scene in Balasore before going to the hospital in Cuttack, according to what they said. In order to examine the situation in relation to the rail tragedy, PM Modi has also called a meeting. Meanwhile, the death toll is constantly rising.

A video showing a street vendor attacking a staffer of Noida Authority during an anti-encroachment drive went viral on social media. The police launched a probe into the matter. As per reports, the anti-encroachment drive was conducted in Sector 72 under police station of Sector -113. The vendor lost his cool when the staffer approached him. Furthermore, a video is going viral and a case has been registered for investigation.

Amid claims of Admit Card for Session 2 release, the National Test Agency issued an official notification and confirmed that the session 2 admit card has not been released yet.  In the notice, the NTA mentioned that videos are being circulated on the social media platforms which claim to possess “insider” information on date of release of City Intimation Slip and Admit Card of the JEE (Main)–2023 Session-2 are fake.

In Hyderabad, a four-year-old was mauled to death by a stray dog. In a video captured by CCTV, the boy was seen walking on the street, when three stray dogs come running and pinned him down. The minor sustained serious stomach injuries and died on his way to the hospital. The father of the victim works as a watchman. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.

Aamir Khan turned photographer for Salman Khan and his family, hinting a new project. On January 31, Aamir's sister-actor Nikhat Hegde shared pictures on Instagram, also featuring her husband Santosh Hegde, daughter Seher Hegde, and mother Zeenat Hussain. In another post, she shared a picture in which Aamir was taking the picture, at his residence. The cryptic post is winning hearts of netizens, happy to see Aamir-Salman together.
