Vision Document

Aiming for progressive defence security, India and Vietnam signed a vision document to strengthen bilateral ties in defence cooperation. The agreement was between Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and his Vietnamese counterpart General Phan Van Giang, during a meeting on June 8.
