Ukraine Suffered $1 Trillion Loss Since Beginning Of Russian Invasion: Ukraine’s Economic Advisor
A Kyiv government official said that the country of Ukraine has suffered damages worth at least $1 trillion since the beginning of the Russian invasion. Economic advisor to president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Oleg Ustenko, said that the damages include “direct and indirect costs”. He further stated that the figure is equivalent to five times Ukraine’s annual GDP. He also said, Ukraine suffered $100 billion in losses, after the first two weeks.

US Announces $2.98 Bn Military Aid To Ukraine

The announcement has come on the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day on August 24, and the aid will include weapons and equipments. Russian Airstrikes Leave 5 Dead, Several Others Injured

US Offers To Intervene & Evacuate Ukrainian President From Kyiv; He Declines
Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy was offered to be evacuated from the capital city of Kyiv by US, amid ongoing Russian invasion, on February 26.
