Toddler Accidentally Orders Furniture Worth Rs 1.4 Lakh From Walmart

Ayaansh Kumar, a 22-month-old toddler who is still wear diapers, accidentally ordered furniture worth $2,000 (Rs 1.4 lakh) online, NBC New York reported. Kumar's family has moved to a new house and Ayaansh's mother, Madhu, had kept a whole lot of stuff in her shopping cart. She got confused when packages started coming. Pramod and Madhu stated that they will return the items and will receive a full refund.

Trump 'Blesses' TikTok to Return to USA Through Oracle, Walmart

Chinese-owned video-sharing application TikTok is likely to stay in the US after securing a deal with Oracle and Walmart. The ban on the application has been postponed following the proposed deal that has President Trump's "blessings". Trump on September 19 said, "if they get it done, that’s great. If they don’t, that’s OK too." Meanwhile, TikTok, in its statement, said that it was "pleased" with the proposal.

Flipkart Plans to List its Overseas IPO As Early As 2021

E-commerce firm Flipkart is eyeing for an initial public offerings in the US and Singapore as early as 2021. The offering could value the firm up to $50 billion (roughly Rs. 3,68,512 crores), sources familiar with the company's plans told Reuters. Reportedly, Flipkart's current market value stands at $25 billion. However, the Bengaluru-based firm has not responded on the information being surfaced yet.

Walmart collaborates with Microsoft to buy Tik-Tok's US business

According to the sources, the world's largest retailer, Walmart have made a partnership with the tech giant, Microsoft for buying the Chinese owned video app, Tik-Tok's US business. "The deal with Microsoft and Tik-Tok can bring a huge change in their advertising business," says Walmart on August 27. Microsoft and Walmart are business partners since 2018, with an already existing partnership, the deal is in it's final stage.
