Heavy Rainfall To Lash Financial Hub, Predicts IMD

IMD Predicts Light Rainfall In Mumbai For Next 2 Days
Unseasonal rain coupled with lightning and thunderstorm lashed parts of Mumbai, bringing some respite from the hot and humid weather in the city. As per the IMD, the rain is likely to cotinue for the next two-three days in the metro city. India To Witness Normal Monsoon In 2023: IMD
India will witness normal weather patterns during the monsoon season this year. The Indian Meteorological Department said, "Normal to below-normal rainfall likely over parts of northwest India, west, central and northeast regions during southwest monsoon." The government's forecast comes a day after Skymet, a private weather agency, predicted below-normal monsoon rain this year due to the end of La Nina conditions.

Delhi To Have Poor To Worsening AQI In Few Days: IMD
The IMD predicted poor or worsening air quality index in coming days. On October 14, Delhi recorded AQI in the moderate category, even as the city's air quality is likely to deteriorate to the poor category in the next few days. The Central Pollution Control Board's 24-hour Air Quality Index (AQI) bulletin showed that Delhi's air quality was in the moderate category at 154.

IMD Issues Rain Alert For Mumbai, Suburbs For Next 2 Days
The state weather department issued a rain alert in Mumbai for the next 24 hours. Mumbai Weather Dept Predicts Intense Rainfall For Next 24 Hours
The Mumbai Meteorological department issued rain alert in the Maharashtra Capital.
