Bihar: Patwatoli Village Has An Engineer In Almost Every Household

In an unusual story, almost every household of the Patwatoli village in Gaya district of Bihar has either an IIT student or an IIT alumni. From the village, in which about all the families are involved in gamcha and bedsheet weaving businesses, a total of 250 students have cracked into the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs). Despite of the slim profit-margin, families even take loans to back their wards to take coaching-classes.
