Wikipedia Is Not Reliable Anymore, Says Co-Founder Larry Sanger

Larry Sanger, the man behind the invention of "Wikipedia" claims that the online encyclopedia cannot be trusted and is definitely not a reliable source. In an interview, Sanger said, "So there’s a very big, nasty, complex game being played behind the scenes to make the article say what somebody wants them to say". He further mentioned that the contents are being edited in a certain way to control audiences' perception.

Centre Issues Order Against Wikipedia For Showing Wrong Indian Map

The Central Government has asked Wikipedia to remove the link showing incorrect map of Jammu and Kashmir from its page. The issue came to the forefront after a Twitter user flagged the matter and asked the government to take action. Stating that the map violated India's territorial integrity and sovereignty, the Ministry of Electronics and IT issued the order on November 27 under Section 69A of the IT Act, 2000.
