Crocodiles Gatecrash Residential Buildings In Vadodara: Gujarat

African Cheetahs To Be Translocated To MP's Kuno-Palpur National Park

Leopard Rescued From Army Cantonment In Japaiguri

An adult leopard has been rescued from the Binnaguri Cantonment. The leopard had strayed into the area earlier on May 8, causing alarm among the residents. The cantonment authorities soon alerted forest officials about the presence of the big cat in the area. The leopard was rescued by the officials, and taken to the Lataguri Environmental Observatory, where it would undergo treatment.

Env Min Report Reveals Telangana Sanctuaries Poorly Administered

The Management Effectiveness Evaluation (MME) report by the Union Environment Ministry has revealed that wildlife sanctuaries in Telangana are managed poorly as compared to other states. Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve to Reopen to Tourists from October

Maharashtra's Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve is set to reopen to tourists from October 1 albeit with some restrictions. Reportedly, only six people will be allowed per vehicle that too they have to be asymptomatic. However, the reopening will be subjected to the approval from local authorities and people. Earlier, Karnataka's Nandi Hills and Noida's Okhla Bird Sanctuary were reopened on September 7 and September 15 respectively.
