In a horrific crime news, a woman was dragged on the bonnet of a car for 500 metres, in Rajasthan's Hanumangarh. The incident came into light after a video of the incident went viral on social media platforms. In the video, it is seen that the woman was being hit by a man harshly, followed by dragging on a car bonnet. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

The Andheri police have booked a duo for allegedly duping two women of Rs 8 lakh on the pretext of helping them rent a house. The accused were identified as Rajendra Maskar and Vaibhav Mhaskar.  As per the FIR, Marigrace Pritam, 47, had approached an agent for buying an accommodation in the Dhivate Chawl in Gudavali, Kandivali. The agent then introduced her to the duo.

Another incident of road rage has been reported in India's Maharashtra State. On March 18, a motorist brutally thrashed a woman for allegedly overtaking him. The incident occurred in Nagpur region, shocked the netizens and a video is going viral on social media platforms. Moreover, many have been slamming the man and demanding action against him. Furthermore, a case has been registered and an investigation launched.

A viral video of a woman allegedly under influence of narcotics has been reported in Punjab's Amritsar region. After the video went viral, the police ordered a probe in the region. The video, which was reportedly recorded in the Maqboolpura area on the eastern side of the city, shows the woman struggling to move and slouching. Notably, the Maqboolpura area is infamous for issues with drug abuse.

Parwati Sunar, a Nepali mother of two, starts attending the same school as her son after fleeing at the age of 15. In the country of 29 million people, roughly 57% of women are literate, and Sunar, 27, said she intended to become "literate enough" to run her household.
