Women and Child Development Ministry

The Ministry of Women and Child Development launched the 'Stree Manoraksha Project' in collaboration with NIMHANS Bengaluru to boost the mental health of women in India. In addition, the project will function as a one-stop centre to help victims of domestic violence and other forms of insensitivity or assault. Notably, the project will focus on basic training for all OSC functionaries and violence against women.
