Ahead of the Women's T20 Challenge, India's women cricketers including Harmanpreet Kaur, Mithali Raj and Smriti Mandhana arrived in the United Arab Emirates on October 22. The IPL's Twitter handle posted a picture that showed the players covered in PPE kits. Players from England, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, South Africa and the West Indies will also take part in the tournament, which will be held from November 4 to 9.

Ahead of the Women's T20 challenge, BCCI has informed 30 Indian women cricketers to reach Mumbai by October 13. The T20 Challenge is scheduled to take place in the UAE, starting from November 4. Reportedly, once arrived in Mumbai, all players will be quarantined for more than a week and will be tested multiple times for COVID-19.
