PM Modi Extends Greeting To The Nation On World Lion Day
Celebrating World Lion Day, PM Narendra Modi shared his greetings to the nation and praised the conservation efforts of lions in India on August 10. PM Modi took to Twitter saying, ''India is proud to be home to the Asiatic Lion. On World Lion Day, I convey my greetings to all those passionate about lion conservation.'' In June 2020, India observed a 28.87% growth rate of Asiatic Lions in five years.
