India is soon going to surpass China, the most populated nation in the world, by 2023. As per the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division report released on July 11, the global population is projected to reach eight billion on November 15, 2022. India's population stands at 1.412 billion in 2022, compared to China's 1.426 billion. Continued like this, soon India will be most populated nation.
