Planet Lost Forest Area Bigger Than Germany In Just A Decade: WWF

A WWF’s (World Wide Fund for Nature) report revealed that the world has lost over 43 million hectares of forest in merely a decade’s time. Frighteningly, the loss is larger than Germany's area. Moreover, just 29 deforestation sites across South America, Africa and South-East Asia have contributed to over half of the global loss.
