The wrestlers'protest will continue in the court, said Sakshi. Notably, after fighting for days on streets, at Delhi's Jantar-Mantar, they said, "In this case, the wrestlers' protest will continue until we get justice, but it (fight) will be in court and not on the road." They said, the Government of India has fulfilled their promise and filed a chargesheet against the WFI Chairman Brij Bhushan Sharan in sexual assault charges.

Another round of talks is scheduled to be held between the Government of India and the wrestlers, who are protesting with a demand of the arrest of WFI President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. In a late-night tweet, the Union Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur invited the athletes for a talk over the issue. The invitation came days after the protesting wrestlers held a meeting with Union Minister Amit Shah.

The Delhi Police have taken action against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh by filing two FIRs based on allegations of sexual harassment made by wrestlers. The wrestlers who were protesting against the Central Government, gave an ultimatum of five days to the GoI, demanding the arrest of WFI President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.  The protesting wrestlers, who were scheduled to immerse their winning medals, in the Ganga, gave a final call demanding Bhushan's arrest in sexual assault allegations.
