IT Dept Finds Suspicious Rs 2 Cr Entry, Shiv-Sena Leader Claims It For Mother
The IT department officials are probing BMC's standing committee chairman Yashwant Jadhav's properties and accounts. The officials has found a diary in which two entries purportedly, watch worth Rs 50 lakh and another gift of Rs 2 crore were given to 'Matoshree'. IT Concludes 3-Day Raid At Shiv Sena Corporator Yashwant Jadhav's Premises: Maharashtra
Income Tax raids at the premises of Yashwant Jadhav, a Shiv Sena leader and sitting Chairman of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Standing Committee Chairperson, concluded on the morning of February 28. The raids started three days ago, on February 25, confirmed IT officials. Notably, the IT officials seized documents, assets, laptops and interrogated the Shiv Sena corporator.
