Every Police Station To Have 1 Women SHO: Yogi Adityanath

In a significant move and a boost to the message of women's reservation in policing, Yogi Adityanath, the CM of Uttar Pradesh said women police officers should be appointed to head at least one police station in every district apart from the existing woman police station. Yogi Adityanath Says "Yamraj Will Be Waiting For Those Harassing Women In UP

Kanpur To Get Integrated Terminal Building At City Airport

The new integrated terminal building at Kanpur airport, marking a new era of travel and convenience will be a major development of the city, said Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. Notably, the building will be inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Scindia on May 26. Speaking of it, Scindia said,  "The much-awaited integrated terminal at a cost of close to Rs 150 crore will be unveiled".

Mafia, Don And Corruption Have No Place In UP: Yogi Adityanath

After the threat call was received, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a befitting response to the unidentified people. Addressing the media, Yogi said, "There is no place for any mafia dons or criminals in Uttar Pradesh. There is no place for corruption and the corrupt either."  Notably, Yogi Adityanath-led BJP started a campaign for the UP Local Body elections, following which he received a threatening call.

Yogi Adityanath Receives Death Threat, Police Launches Investigation

The Lucknow Police registered a case against an unidentified person, in Uttar Pradesh.  Getting into details, the case was registered after the CM Of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath received a death threat. The threat was received via message on 'Dial 112' (a number launched by the Uttar Pradesh government for the emergency services), in which the person stated, "I will kill CM Yogi soon". The police is investigating the matter.

UP CM Orders Probe In Atiq Ahmed Killing, Forms Panel

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath ordered a probe into the Killing of Atiq Ahmed, the gangster-turned-politician and his brother. For this, the Government formed a special three-member panel. After Atiq's son Asad died in a encounter, Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were also killed. In addition, high alert has been issued in Prayagraj, and Section 144 of the CrPC has been imposed, with security personnel deployed.

Security Beefed Up At UP CM Residence Amid Bomb Call Threat
