Congress Likely To Induct Kanhaiya Kumar & Jignesh Mewani
Former JNU students' Union President and CPI leader Kanhaiya Kumar and Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani are expected to join the Congress party on September 28. Reportedly, Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi wishes to rope in young faces in the party to garner the support of youth voters. However, some party leaders are against Kumar due to his association with controversies at JNU in 2016.
