MP CM Announces Jobs For Youths, Industrial Clusters For Women

MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced one lakh jobs for youths and industrial clusters for women entrepreneurs, during an event marking completion of two-years of his fourth term. On March 24, Chouhan said, the BJP led MP Government will ensure setting up of Rs 100 crore Mukhyamantri Nari Samman Kosh scheme. Furthermore, he also announced 50% and 30% reservation for women, in teachers and police recruitments, respectively.

High Court Stays Haryana Law On 75% Job Quota In Private Sector

Two Youth Drowned While Celebrating Birthday In Lonavala

Two youths identified as Akash Gurav and Dhirendra Tripathi from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, drowned in a quarry in Kusgaon on July 1. Gurav and his five friends had come to Kusgaon to celebrate his birthday. However, the boys entered the quarry for a swim where both the friends drowned at around 5:30 pm. Lonavala Rural Police were immediately alerted about the incident. Later, the Shivdurg rescue team helped extract the bodies.
