Taking to Instagram the couple shared the news and said, "To all our fans, family, and friends, We are elated to share that today god blessed us with a baby boy." The couple got married on November 30, 2016. However, on June 10, 2019, Yuvraj announced retirement from all forms of cricket.

Yuvraj Singh Arrested, Released On Bail For Passing 'Casteist' Remarks

A case was filed against Indian cricketer, Yuvraj Singh in February 2020 by a Hansi-based resident. Allegedly, Singh made 'casteist' remarks on the Dalit society, when talking about Indian spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal's TikTok videos. The former cricketer was arrested, but released on bail, after a three-hour investigation. Singh later apologized for the remarks made and said he was misunderstood.

Kieron Pollard Becomes Second Player To Hit Six Sixes in T-20I

West Indies cricketer Kieron Pollard became the second player in T-20 international to smash six sixes in an over on March 4. Winning the match by 4 wickets against Sri Lanka, the Trinidadian achieved the feat against leg-spinner Akila Dananjaya. Previously, the record was held by Yuvraj Singh, who smashed six sixes against Stuart Broad in 2007. Interestingly, bowler Dananjaya had got a hattrick in the same match.

Yuvraj Singh Plans to Come Out of Retirement, Seeks Permission from BCCI

On September 9, Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh expressed his plans of coming out of retirement, to play for Kings XI Punjab. The 38-year-old has been training Punjab youngsters for the past few months. Reportedly, The practice session made him rediscover his passion for cricket. He has written to the BCCI seeking permission to come out of retirement. "As things stand now, I will be playing only T20s if I get the nod," said Yuvraj Singh.

PCA Request Yuvraj Singh to Mentor Punjab in Domestic Season

Yuvraj Singh has been requested to come out of retirement and play for Punjab in the upcoming domestic season and also be a mentor to players like Shubham Gill, Anmolpreet Singh, Abhishek Sharma, and Harpreet Brar, by the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Secretary, Puneer Bali. Yuvraj is yet to respond to PCA's request.
