Update: Former Zimbabwe cricketer Heath Streak Is Alive, Says Former Teammate

Zimbabwe Cricketer and former team captain Heath Strike is alive, confirms ex-colleague in a post. After the round on social media platforms and news sources, Henry Olonga said, Heath Strike is alive and his death news is bizarre and is being exaggerated on social media platforms. It is to be noted, a number of Zimbabwean cricketers including Olonga (tweet deleted later) had confirmed Streak’s death earlier.

Delhi Records Its Second Omicron Case: COVID-19

Delhi recorded its second case of COVID-19 Omicron variant on December 11 as a Zimbabwe returnee tested positive for in a 'genome sequencing' report. The Delhi Government stated that the travel history of the person claimed he also travelled to South Africa. However, the person is fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Notably, the first of Omicron was reported to the World Health Organisation (WHO) on November 25 in South Africa.
