Hero MotoCorp has announced to increase the prices of its vehicles by up to Rs 1,500 from January 1, 2021. The increase in the price was attributed to the rising input costs. However, Hero has geared upon its Leap-2 umbrella saving program to lessen the burden on buyers and also protect their margins. Earlier, Maruti Suzuki, Ford and Mahindra had announced to increase the prices of their various models in India.
