DGCA Bans International Passenger Flights Till December 31; Cargo Exempted
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), on Centre's advice, has extended the ban on international passenger flights till December 31. However, the DGCA notice mentioned that the international cargo operations and DGCA approved flights will be exempted under this. Besides, the international scheduled flights shall be allowed in chosen routes on a case-to-case basis. Currently, India is operating the repatriation flights under the Vande Bharat Mission since May.
