Alaya F Proves That One Can Feel Productive While Staying In Bed
Young and talented Alaya F recently shared a clip that features how one can be "productive" and do yoga without stepping out of bed. Taking to Instagram, Alaya posted a workout video performing yoga asana while laying down on her bed. Alaya was seen doing headstand with front leg split variation, which blew fans' minds. Headstand or Sirsasana, is believed to calm the mind and alleviate stress and depression.

Alaya Furniturewalla To Play The Lead In Hindi Remake Of "U Turn"
The "Jawaani Jaaneman" debutant Alaya Furniturewalla will star in a Hindi adaptation of the 2016 Kannada hit, "U-Turn". Alaya announced her new film on Instagram, writing: "Sometimes in life, taking a shortcut is not the only way ahead. Think twice before you change the course of your journey and take a #UTurn!". Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor will be producers while Arif Khan will direct the Hindi adaptation.
